Born in 1970 in Tuttlingen, Germany. Lives and works in Berlin.

In 2003 she attained Diplom Freie Kunst/Bildhauerei at Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee (KHB), Germany. In 2007 awarded with artist-in-residence scholarship from Berlin Senate for Science, Research and Culture, BM Contemporary Art Center Istanbul. She was granted a Mart Stam award (2003) and NAFÖG, (Nachwuchsförderung) from the city of Berlin (2004).
